Northside Construction, LLC was formed in 2009. Greg DuPen manages the company and performs much of the work. Greg received his B.A. in business from Seattle Pacific University. He entered the construction industry in 1997 holding several positions with increasing responsibility in construction management.

Greg knew it was clear that the time was right to start his own company, and doing what he loved best, “making things better for people” and “fixing things”.
